Repair Assistance

Who’s Eligible?

• Must live in home as primary residence
• Home must be located within the service boundaries
• Property taxes must be paid current
• Repair costs must not exceed value of property
• Rental property is not eligible for repair assistance

Guidelines

• Income must be at or below 80% of the area median income guidelines
• Homeowners are served on a first come first serve basis
• Application fee due at time of service
• Participate in homeowner maintenance workshop
